Blackstone Loaded Hibachi Fries

Blackstone Hibachi Loaded Fries

Let me show you how to make these dreamy Blackstone Hibachi Loaded Fries!

Some people call it teppanyaki and some call it hibachi, I’m not sure which one would be correct for this griddle recipe but it’s so addicting the name doesn’t really matter.

How to make Blackstone Hibachi Loaded Fries

I am using shrimp, steak, and chicken for this meal because I always get this combo when going to a hibachi (or teppanyaki) restaurant.

We will start with your Blackstone or flat top griddle over medium heat.

Add cooking oil of choice along with diced chicken, steak, garlic, ginger, kosher salt, and pepper.

Cook this for a few minutes and then add diced shrimp and your favorite teriyaki sauce.

And cook for a few more minutes, mixing with spatulas.

adding teriyaki sauce

You can cook the waffle fries in your air fryer or oven, or right on the griddle like I did.

cooking fried on the griddle

Remove the fries once they are crispy and golden brown and place them on a baking sheet directly on your griddle.

Add cheese of choice, the hibachi style steak, shrimp, and chicken, and more cheese.

Cover with a melting dome or your griddle lid until the cheese has melted.

The toppings really make this dish… I went with yum yum sauce, more teriyaki, some sriracha, sesame seeds, and green onions.
