- cooking oil of choice
- 1 pound ground chicken or pork
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 9.5 ounce bag coleslaw or salad kit of choice (dressing and topping packet removed)
- 4 green onions sliced
- 5 to 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup peanut sauce
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- Optional: spicy mayo, chopped peanuts
Preheat the griddle to medium. Add some cooking oil and the ground chicken. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, breaking apart with hibachi spatulas.
Add the carrots, slaw or salad kit, green onions, and garlic. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, mixing it a few times with hibachi spatulas.
Add the peanut sauce and hoisin sauce and cook another 1 to 2 minutes, mixing together. Top with chopped peanuts and spicy mayo if desired.
