Blackstone Hoisin Peanut Egg Roll Bowls
These Blackstone Hoisin Peanut Egg Roll Bowls are one of the yummiest versions of this recipe I have made!
They aren’t as low carb because of the hoisin and peanut sauces, but they are a nice way to mix up the classic Blackstone Egg Roll in a Bowl.
I used ground chicken, but ground pork would work too.
You can easily find the sauces in the Asian section of most large grocery stores.
How to make Blackstone Hoisin Peanut Egg Roll Bowls
First prepare your ingredients and put everything on a tray to easily carry outside.
In place of coleslaw mix, I used a salad kit and just removed the dressing and toppings packet.
I’ll use that on a salad for lunch real soon 🙂
Preheat your Blackstone griddle or flat top grill to medium heat.
Add a little cooking oil of choice and a pound of ground chicken.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes, breaking apart the chicken with hibachi spatulas.
Then add the carrots, salad kit or slaw mix, garlic, and sliced green onions.
And cook for 5 to 6 minutes, mixing it together a few times.
Finally pour some peanut sauce and hoisin sauce over top.
Mix it together and cook another minute or two on the flat top.
Such a gorgeous mix of colors!
Give it a taste and add more of the sauces if preferred.
It was perfectly perfect for me!
Serve these Blackstone Egg Roll Bowls topped with chopped peanuts and spicy mayo 🙂
This dish is really great reheated the next day if you are lucky enough to have leftovers.
