Instructions
Prepare all of your ingredients and put them on a tray to easily carry outside to your griddle. Preheat the griddle to medium heat for a few minutes.
Add some cooking oil of choice, the brussel sprouts, onion, kosher salt, and pepper. Cook 6 to 7 minutes, flipping and mixing a few times with hibachi spatulas.
Add the garlic and ginger if using, cook 1 to 2 more minutes, mixing together. Add the honey, sriracha, and soy sauce and cook another 1 to 2 minutes, mixing together.
Serve with sesame seeds and/or chopped peanuts on top if desired.
