Blackstone Griddle
Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
- cooking oil of choice
- 1 pound goetta (I used Gliers Spicy Goetta)
- 8 mini naan flatbreads (I used Stonefire Garlic Naan)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- hot honey
Preheat your griddle to medium. Add some cooking oil of choice and the goetta. Use spatulas to break apart the goetta and cook 7 to 8 minutes, mixing a few times.
Scoot goetta to one side of griddle and place the mini naan flatbreads on griddle, top side down, for 1 to 2 minutes. Flip the flatbreads and spread pizza sauce over each.
Add most of the cheese, use your spatulas to transfer the goetta to the flatbreads, sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Cover with melting dome or griddle lid until cheese is melted.
Drizzle hot honey over top before serving.
