Blackstone Hot Honey Goetta Flatbreads
Blackstone Hot Honey Goetta Flatbreads is a fun griddle recipe with spicy goetta on naan bread, you can serve this for dinner or as a Cincinnati game day snack!
We made this when the Bengals played the Texans… so I made a BBQ chicken version at the same time on the griddle to represent them.

How to make Blackstone Hot Honey Goetta Flatbreads
First preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium.
Add some cooking oil of choice and a pound of goetta.

Use your spatulas to break apart the goetta and cook it for 7 to 8 minutes, mixing a few times.

Scoot goetta to one side of your griddle and place 8 mini naan flatbreads on the griddle, top side down, for just about 1 to 2 minutes.
Flip the flatbreads and spread some pizza sauce over each.

Add plenty of shredded mozzarella cheese, then use your spatulas to transfer the goetta to the flatbreads, and sprinkle a little more cheese over top.

Finally, cover with a melting dome or griddle lid until the cheese is melted.
Drizzle hot honey over top before serving.

Blackstone Hot Honey Goetta Flatbreads were the perfect game day snack while watching our Cincinnati Bengals!
