Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
- cooking oil of choice
- 1 10 ounce bag frozen cheese tortellini thawed
- 6 to 8 slices ham diced
- 10 to 12 slices salami diced
- 16 to 18 slices pepperoni cut into fourths
- 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 to 3 hearts of romaine lettuce chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup banana pepper rings (optional)
- Caesar salad dressing
Preheat your griddle to medium heat for a few minutes. Add some cooking oil, the tortellini, and a little water. Cover the tortellini with a melting dome for 5 to 6 minutes. Remove the dome to mix and flip them a few times with hibachi spatulas, add more water each time before covering them again.
Add the ham, salami, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and more cooking oil if needed. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, mixing with your spatulas a few times.
Let this cool slightly, then mix it all together in a large bowl with the romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, banana peppers (if using), and Caesar salad dressing.
