1/4 to 1/2cupshredded parmesan cheese (plus more to sprinkle over top)
Instructions
Preheat the griddle to medium for several minutes. Add some cooking oil and the diced onion. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, flipping and turning with hibachi spatulas.
Add the minced garlic, kale, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, flipping with hibachi spatulas a few times.
Turn the heat off and add the lemon juice and parmesan cheese. Toss a few times until the cheese is melted and everything is combined. Sprinkle more parmesan over top if desired.
