How to make Blackstone Lemon Parmesan Kale
First set out all of your ingredients and prep them.
You’ll quickly find that having everything prepped and ready is very helpful with griddle cooking.
This a very large bag of already chopped kale.
But once it cooks, it will wilt down to a much smaller amount.
Place it on a tray along with a diced onion, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese.
Then preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium for a few minutes.
Add some cooking oil of choice and the diced onion.
After a few minutes add lots of freshly minced garlic.
Then the GIANT mound of kale along with kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Cook the kale for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Flip and turn with hibachi spatulas a few times.
When the kale is cooked how you like, turn off the heat.
And add some fresh lemon juice and shredded parmesan cheese.
Blackstone Lemon Parmesan Kale may be a healthy side dish recipe, but it’s also super yummy!
I made this at the same time as Blackstone Catfish for a complete low carb and keto friendly meal.
