Blackstone Loaded Burger Skewers is my spin on the viral tortilla kabob recipe, everything delicous about a burger but served on a stick!

- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- kosher salt, pepper, burger seasoning blend, Worcestershire sauce
- 6 soft flour tortillas (I used 7-inch Mission Carb Balance tortillas)
- 1 cup shredded cheese of choice
- cooking oil of choice
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- Toppings of choice: shredded lettuce, chopped pickle, burger sauce, chopped tomatoes and onions, sesame seeds
Put the ground beef in a bowl, add kosher salt, pepper, burger seasoning, and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce. Mix together (I had the best luck with my hands).
Spread this mixture evenly on the tortillas, again with my hands was the easiest way. Sprinkle a thin layer of cheese over top and roll them up tightly. Slice the ends off and then cut the rest into 1 inch size slices (mine were maybe a little more than an inch).
Put them onto kabob skewers (mine were metal) starting with the tortilla side at the seam.Note: I added the leftover ground meat from the ends and stuffed into the empty spaces in the burger skewers. Add some kosher salt, pepper, burger seasoning, and a few dashes Worcestershire sauce to the melted butter and stir until combined.
Preheat your griddle to medium/ medium low, add cooking oil of choice and the skewers. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, flipping a few times and cover with a melting dome or lid to speed up the cooking if desired. Brush the butter over top several times.Note: My hibachi spatula was the easiest way to flip them, picture example in post above. Remove and load them up with your favorite toppings such as shredded lettuce, chopped pickle, burger sauce (I used Kinder's burger sauce), chopped tomatoes and onions, and/or sesame seeds.
