Blackstone Loaded Burger Skewers
Blackstone Loaded Burger Skewers are my spin on the viral tortilla wrapped skewers that I have recently seen on social media!
I have yet to see anyone make these kabobs on their griddle, so of course I had to give it a try.
My version has everything yummy in a cheeseburger, but rolled in these Mission Low Carb Tortillas.

How to make Blackstone Loaded Burger Skewers
Put 1 1/2 pounds of lean ground beef in a bowl.
Then add kosher salt, pepper, burger seasoning, a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, and mix together (I had the best luck with my hands).
Spread this mixture evenly on the tortillas, again with my hands was the easiest way.
Sprinkle a thin layer of cheese over top and roll them up tightly.
Slice the ends off and then cut the rest into 1 inch size slices (mine were maybe a little more than an inch).

I added the leftover ground meat from the ends and stuffed into the empty spaces in the burger skewers.
Then preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium/ medium low heat, add some cooking oil of choice and the skewers.

You can cover them with a large melting dome or lid to speed up the cooking if you’d like.
And brush them several times with a mixture of melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, pepper, and burger seasoning.

I started to use tongs to flip them, but then realized the hibachi spatula was the way to go.

You can imagine I was sooooo happy seeing and hearing this sizzle!

Remove the skewers and load them up with your favorite burger toppings!
I went with lettuce, pickle, sesame seeds, and Kinder’s burger sauce.
Tomato and onions would also be great toppings.

These were SO fun to make, and we devoured Blackstone Loaded Burger Skewers in record time 🙂
