Instructions
Put the teriyaki sauce, gochujang, and squeeze half of the lime wedges in a bowl and whisk until combined to make the Korean sauce.
Preheat your griddle to medium heat. Add cooking oil of choice, the sliced red pepper, chicken, kosher salt, and pepper. Cook about 5 to 6 minutes, mixing a few times with spatulas.
Add the garlic, ginger, green onions, cilantro, Shirataki noodles, Korean sauce, and a little more kosher salt and pepper. Cook 3 to 4 more minutes, mixing with spatulas.
Serve with the remaining lime wedges to squeeze over top and optional toppings such as more cilantro, sriracha mayo, chopped peanuts, and/or sesame seeds.
