2 1/2tablespoonsNashville Hot seasoning blend

Instructions
Put the chicken bites in a gallon size plastic bag or bowl. Add the pickle juice, Nashville Hot seasoning, olive oil, garlic, kosher salt, and pepper. Mix until combined and marinate in the fridge for a few hours.
Preheat the griddle to medium heat for a few minutes. Add some cooking oil of choice and the seasoned chicken bites.
Cook 7 to 9 minutes, mixing together with hibachi spatulas a few times. Serve the chicken bites as is or use them for tacos, wraps, salads, or meal prep bowls.
