- cooking oil of choice
- 1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- 12 to 16 pickle slices
- Italian seasoning blend (I used Blackstone Tuscan Herb seasoning)
- Optional: ranch dressing for dipping
Preheat griddle to low/ medium-low. Add some cooking oil and spread it very thin on the griddle.
Add 12 to 16 piles of parmesan cheese in circles, flatten them out slightly. Place a pickle chip in the center of each pile of cheese and press into the cheese slightly. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over each.
Cook 4 to 6 minutes, until cheese is melted and crisp on the bottoms. Remove and place on a flat surface and allow them time to cool and harden. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
