Blackstone Parmesan Pickle Chips
Blackstone Parmesan Pickle Chips are a great snack recipe for your flat top griddle!
Perfect for camping, a low carb/Keto friendly treat, or in our case, a fun poolside appetizer.

How to make Blackstone Parmesan Pickle Chips
First preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to low/ medium-low.
Spread a thin layer of cooking oil and then add piles of shredded parmesan cheese.

You’ll get around 12 to 16 parmesan crisps and flatten them out slightly.

Place a pickle chip in the center of each pile of cheese and press into the cheese slightly.
Then sprinkle some Italian seasoning over top.
I love this Blackstone Tuscan Herb blend.

Let them cook for about 4 to 6 minutes on the griddle.
Lower the heat if needed.

They should be golden brown around the edges just like this.

Remove them with a spatula and transfer to a flat surface so they can cool and harden before serving.

We served our Blackstone Parmesan Pickle Chips with ranch dressing for dipping 🙂
