Instructions
Slice the loaf of bread into 16 slices. Cut each peach into 8 slices, removing the pit.
Preheat the griddle to medium low for a few minutes. Add some olive oil and place the slices of bread and peach slices on the griddle, flip both after 2 to 3 minutes.
Tear the burrata cheese into smaller pieces and place on each crostini. After 2 to 3 minutes, transfer the peach slices on top of the crostini. Season the crostini with kosher salt and pepper and remove from the griddle.
Drizzle the crostini with balsamic glaze and sprinkle the fresh basil over top.
