Blackstone Peach and Burrata Crostini
Blackstone Peach and Burrata Crostini is an easy yet elegant appetizer recipe for the griddle.
It’s ready in just about 5 minutes and only 5 ingredients (I consider the olive oil, salt, and pepper and freebie ingredients)!
But looks like a fancy restaurant appetizer 🙂
How to make Blackstone Peach and Burrata Crostini
You’ll need a loaf of French bread and the toppings that are shown below.
If you can’t find burrata cheese, fresh mozzarella cheese works too!
Slice the French bread into 16 slices.
And slice two peaches into 8 slices each.
The peaches work best if they are almost ripe and still a little firm.
First preheat the Blackstone griddle or flat top grill to medium low.
Then add some olive oil and the sliced peaches.
And the slices of bread.
Let the bread and peaches cook on the griddle for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then flip them and let them cook another 2 to 3 minutes.
Tear the burrata cheese and top the slices of bread right after flipping them.
This will allow a little time for the burrata cheese to get warm and slightly melty.
Next top the crostini with the peaches.
And season with kosher salt and pepper.
Then remove the crostini and place on the same tray you used to carry the ingredients out.
Finally top them with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and some chopped fresh basil.
You can find this glaze in the vinegar section of the store, or on Amazon.
Admire how stunning the Blackstone Peach and Burrata Crostini look before digging in!
And give yourself a pat on the back for creating such a tasty masterpiece on the griddle 🙂
