1/2cupdiced pickles (or as many pickles as your heart desires)
ranch dressing
Instructions
Slice the rolls in half to separate top and bottom. Lay them cut side up. Mix the melted butter with some dry ranch seasoning. Brush this on the cut side of both halves of the rolls.
Preheat your griddle to medium low/ low (if using your indoor Blackstone griddle set to 325 degrees). Place the rolls, cut side down on the griddle and flatten slightly with your spatulas.
Sprinkle the cheese on both sides, and season both sides with more dry ranch seasoning and the Blackstone Dill Pickle Chicken seasoning if using.
Add the chicken, bacon, pickles, and ranch dressing to one side of the rolls and cover with a lid or melting dome. You can add some water to the griddle before covering to create some steam if desired.
Once the cheese is mostly melted, flip the cheesy half of the rolls over the chicken and pickle side. Cover again until cheese is melted and bread is toasted to your liking.
Cut and serve with ranch dressing on the side for dipping if desired.
