Blackstone Pickle Chicken Grilled Cheese Sliders
Blackstone Pickle Chicken Grilled Cheese Sliders, a griddle grilled cheese recipe with inside out King’s Hawaiian rolls, perfect for pickle lovers!
I even amped up the pickle flavor with this Blackstone Dill Pickle Chicken seasoning!

How to make Blackstone Pickle Chicken Grilled Cheese Sliders
First, slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls in half to separate the top and bottom.

Lay them cut side up, I did this right on the griddle.
Mix melted butter with some dry ranch seasoning.
And brush this on the cut side of both halves of the rolls.

Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium low/ low (if using your indoor Blackstone griddle set to 325 degrees).
Place the rolls, cut side down on the griddle and flatten them slightly with your spatulas.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and shredded chicken on both sides.
And season both sides with more dry ranch seasoning and the Blackstone Dill Pickle Chicken seasoning if you have it.

Add crumbled bacon, pickles, and ranch dressing to one side of the rolls and cover with a lid or melting dome.
You can add some water to the griddle before covering to create some steam if desired.

Once the cheese is mostly melted, flip the cheesy half of the rolls over the chicken and pickle side.
Cover again until cheese is melted and bread is toasted to your liking.

Cut and serve Blackstone Pickle Chicken Grilled Cheese Sliders with more ranch for dipping if desired 🙂
