spicy mayo/ sriracha mayo (Asian section of grocery store or Amazon)
kosher salt, pepper
white and black sesame seeds (I had a container of each)
cooking oil of choice
1bunchbroccolini
2 to 3tablespoonsteriyaki sauce (mine had no high fructose corn syrup)
Instructions
Brush the tops of the salmon fillets with some of the spicy mayo, season with kosher salt and pepper, and then sprinkle the sesame seeds over top, I covered my salmon completely with sesame seeds.
Preheat your griddle to medium to medium low heat for several minutes. Add some cooking oil of choice and gently lay the salmon fillets down, sesame crusted side down. Add the broccolini to the griddle next to the salmon, season it with kosher salt and pepper.
Cook the salmon and broccolini 7 to 9 minutes total. Flip the salmon halfway through and toss the broccolini a few times (I had the best luck using tongs for both).
During the last minute, add the teriyaki sauce to the broccolini, garnish it with sesame seeds. Serve with more spicy mayo drizzled over top.
