Blackstone Griddle
Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
- 1 cup cottage cheese (blended if preferred)
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup unflavored protein powder
- 1 1/2 cups cooked, diced steak (my steak was from my Blackstone High Protein Meal Prep Series, details in post above)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- can of nonstick cooking spray, mine was avocado oil
Put the cottage cheese, eggs, protein powder, diced steak, cheese, kosher salt, pepper, and breakfast seasoning into a bowl and stir until combined.
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium low and place 10 silicone egg rings. If you don't have 10, just make these in smaller batches.
Spray the egg rings with nonstick spray and scoop the batter into each egg ring (I used an ice cream scoop to make this super easy).
Cook 5 to 6 minutes, mix each one with a spoon a few times, once eggs set you can remove the egg rings and flip them.Note: Links in post above for making these in the oven in a muffin pan, and also details from the 5 other meals I made with this High Protein Meal Prep Series on the griddle!
