How to make Blackstone Steak and Egg Bites
Start with the simple ingredients you see here.

Add 1 cup of cottage cheese to a bowl, blend it first if you’d like or add it just how it is.
Then 1 1/2 cups diced, cooked steak, 6 eggs, some unflavored protein powder, and some cheese.
Season with kosher salt, pepper, and a breakfast seasoning blend of choice before mixing.

Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium low heat and place 10 silicone egg rings.
If you don’t have 10, no worries… just make them in a few batches.
Spray each with nonstick spray and use an ice cream scoop to add the batter.

Use a spoon to mix each one several times as they cook.

The eggs should be set after about 5 minutes, remove the rings and give them a flip.

Pack them up in containers and keep in the fridge, and reheat Blackstone Steak and Egg Bites before enjoying 🙂
