Equipment

  • Blackstone Griddle
  • Flat Top Grill/ Griddle

Ingredients
  

  • cooking oil of choice
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 bunch broccoli cut into florets
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (I used one with no high fructose corn syrup)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Optional: lime juice, sriracha, sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your griddle to medium heat. Add some cooking oil of choice, red pepper, and yellow pepper. Cook 4 minutes, mixing a few times.
  • Add the broccoli, kosher salt, and pepper. Cook 2 minutes.
  • Add the shrimp, garlic, teriyaki sauce, and soy sauce. Cook about 4 more minutes, mixing with spatulas.
  • Add lime juice and/or sriracha during the last minute if using and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
