Blackstone Teriyaki Shrimp and Broccoli
I made this healthy dinner recipe for Blackstone Teriyaki Shrimp and Broccoli after coming back from vacation.
We need a little balance after indulging in those vacation meals, right?!
I did miss my Blackstone griddle while away, but not so much the cold temperatures I came back to.
Luckily, I wore my adorable new griddle sweatshirt from Amazon to keep me warm! So cute, right?!
How to make Blackstone Teriyaki Shrimp and Broccoli
I included some red and yellow pepper slices in my stir fry, but you can add any other veggies you prefer.
Using this teriyaki sauce with no high fructose corn syrup is key for the “healthy” part of this griddle meal.
First peel the shrimp, slice the peppers, cut the broccoli into florets, and mince plenty of garlic.
Place everything on a tray to easily carry out to your Blackstone.
Preheat the griddle to medium, add some cooking oil, and the sliced peppers.
Cook for about 4 minutes.
Next add the broccoli, kosher salt, and pepper.
And cook another 2 minutes, mixing with spatulas a few times.
Then add a pound of jumbo shrimp.
Along with the garlic, teriyaki sauce, and a little soy sauce.
Cook and mix this together for another 4 to 5 minutes.
I added some potsticker dumplings to the griddle as well.
These were just the frozen ones that I thawed and cooked them for a few minutes under a melting dome.
Garnish Blackstone Teriyaki Shrimp and Broccoli with sesame seeds if desired.
Sriracha and lime juice are optional ingredients to add in during the last minute of cooking if preferred.
