Blackstone Griddle
Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
- cooking oil of choice
- 1 pound goetta (cut into 4 to 8 slices, aiming for the same size as the bottom slider bun)
- 6 slices bacon
- maple syrup, hot sauce (to taste)
- 8 slices pepper jack cheese
- 1 12 pack King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (cut in half to separate top and bottom buns)
Preheat the griddle to medium low for a few minutes. Add some cooking oil, the goetta slices, and the bacon.
Cook the goetta 6 to 7 minutes per side (best to not flip before the 6 minute mark so they don't fall apart) and cook the bacon, flipping a few times. Remove the bacon once it's cooked how you prefer.
Once the goetta is cooked, drizzle some maple syrup and hot sauce over the slices, then add the cheese slices to the goetta. Place the sliders buns, cut side down on the griddle to warm and toast them.
Assemble the sliders once the cheese is melted starting with the goetta/ cheese, bacon, a little more maple syrup and hot sauce, and add the top bun.
