Instructions
Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and scoop/ scrape out the seeds and white ribs.
Put the cream cheese, shredded cheese, and some BBQ seasoning in a bowl. Stir until combined.Note: I had the best luck pressing the mixture together with the back of a spoon, it does take a few minutes to come together.
Fill the jalapeno halves with the cream cheese mixture, top each with a little smokie, and wrap each with a half slice of bacon, overlapping slightly.
Sprinkle more BBQ seasoning over top.
Set the smoker or pellet grill to 250 degrees. Place the bacon wrapped jalapenos on the grill grate for about 2 hours, check toward the end of cooking and remove once the bacon is cooked how you prefer.
