Ingredients
  

  • 8 to 10 slices bacon use kitchen scissors to cut in bite size pieces
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 16 ounce loaf bakery bread (Italian, French, or sourdough) cut into cubes
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
  • 3 to 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 4 to 5 green onions sliced
  • 1 8 ounce bottle ranch dressing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the griddle to medium heat for a few minutes. Add the bacon and cook 7 to 9 minutes, flipping and mixing with hibachi spatulas. Remove the bacon once cooked how you like and set aside.
  • Add the butter, cubes of bread, and dry ranch seasoning to the griddle. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, mixing and coating the bread with the butter.
  • Top the bread with the cheese, bacon, and green onions. Cover with a melting dome or foil pan until the cheese is melted.
    Note: You can turn the griddle off while the cheese melts.
  • Drizzle the ranch dressing over top and transfer the loaded cheesy bread to a tray and serve right away.
