Loaded Cheesy Bread Griddle Recipe
This is one awesome appetizer or game day snack for the Blackstone or flat top grill… this Loaded Cheesy Bread Griddle Recipe is a must try!
It’s SOOOO simple, yet extra amazing.
Aren’t those just the BEST kind of recipes?!
How to make this Loaded Cheesy Bread Griddle Recipe
You’ll need some bakery bread to start, about a 16 ounce loaf of Italian, French, or sourdough bread.
A stick of butter, bacon, ranch seasoning and dressing, green onions, and cheese.
Hey…I never claim to create healthy recipes, only delicious ones đŸ˜‰
Prep all of your ingredients and place them on a tray.
That way it’s easy to carry everything out to the griddle.
I also used the tray to serve the cheesy bread.
Preheat your griddle or flat top grill to medium heat.
Then add 8 to 10 slices of bacon that have been cut into pieces.
Cook the bacon 7 to 9 minutes, mixing it with hibachi spatulas a few times.
Then remove the bacon from the griddle.
Next add the stick of butter and the cubes bread.
Also the packet of dry ranch seasoning.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, mixing and flipping with hibachi spatulas.
Try to coat the bread with all that butter and seasoning.
Once the bread cubes are nice and toasty with a slight crisp you can add the toppings.
Sprinkle 3 to 4 cups of shredded cheese over top along with the bacon from earlier and sliced green onions.
You can turn the griddle off until the cheese melts if you’d like.
Placing a melting dome or 9×13 foil pan over top will speed up the melting.
Finally a drizzle of ranch dressing over top and we are ready to eat đŸ™‚
Remove from the griddle with your spatulas and transfer to the same tray used to carry everything to the griddle.
I hope you enjoy this Loaded Cheesy Bread Griddle Recipe as much as we did!
You can use a fork or use your hands to just pull apart the bread cubes.
