  • 4 pounds jumbo split chicken wings
  • kosher salt, pepper, Blackstone Pineapple Sriracha seasoning blend (or seasoning blend of choice)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 ounces crushed pineapple
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons sriracha

Instructions

  • Pat chicken wings dry and season well with kosher salt, pepper, and Blackstone Pineapple Sriracha seasoning (or seasoning blend of choice).
  • Set your smoker or pellet grill to 250 degrees and place the chicken wings on the grill grate. Cook for two and a half hours, flipping them halfway through. Check the internal temp to make sure they are at 170 degrees before serving.
Note: For crispy wings follow the 0 to 400 cooking method, directions in post above.

  • While wings are cooking, put BBQ sauce, crushed pineapple, sriracha, and more of the Pineapple Sriracha seasoning in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil on the stove over high heat, reduce heat to medium low, and simmer 3 minutes stirring a few times.
  • Brush sauce on wings during last 10 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce on the side.
