Pineapple Sriracha Chicken Wings

Pineapple Sriracha Chicken Wings

The inspiration for these smoked wings came from my Blackstone Pineapple Sriracha seasoning. Pineapple Sriracha Chicken Wings on the pellet grill were ahhhh-mazing!

Smoke them low and slow… or follow the Traeger 0 to 400 Method for crispy wings on the pellet grill.

If you don’t have this seasoning blend, it’s perfectly fine… I also made an easy pineapple sriracha BBQ sauce.

How to make Pineapple Sriracha Chicken Wings

First season 4 pounds of jumbo, split chicken wings with kosher salt, pepper, and plenty of the Blackstone Pineapple Sriracha seasoning if you have it.

If not, any seasoning blend that you like will work just fine.

And head out to your pellet grill!

Place them on the grill grate with the pellet grill set to 250 degrees.

You could also bake them on a lined baking sheet and put in a 400-degree oven for 45 minutes, flipping them halfway through.

The smoked wings will cook for about 2 1/2 hours, flipping them halfway through.

While the wings are cooking, make the pineapple sriracha sauce.

Combine 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, 4 ounces crushed pineapple, a few tablespoons sriracha, and a few shakes of the pineapple sriracha seasoning if you have it.

Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for just a few minutes on medium low.

Finally brush the sauce on the wings during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
