Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces cream cheese (or blended cottage cheese) at room temperature
  • 1 (8-ounce) package imitation crab meat chopped
  • 1/3 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • crackers or chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • Put the cream cheese (or blended cottage cheese) in a large bowl with the crab, half of the sweet Thai chili sauce, half of the mozzarella, most of the chives, the lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Stir until combined.
  • Transfer to the Blackstone Deep Dish Pizza cast iron dish and spread evenly. Drizzle remaining sweet Thai chili sauce over top, add remaining mozzarella, and sprinkle Old Bay over top.
  • Place into your outdoor pizza oven set to 400 degrees with the rotating pizza stone for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly.
  • Garnish with remaining chives and serve with crackers or chips.
