- 16 ounces cream cheese (or blended cottage cheese) at room temperature
- 1 (8-ounce) package imitation crab meat chopped
- 1/3 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Old Bay seasoning
- crackers or chips for serving
Put the cream cheese (or blended cottage cheese) in a large bowl with the crab, half of the sweet Thai chili sauce, half of the mozzarella, most of the chives, the lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Stir until combined.
Transfer to the Blackstone Deep Dish Pizza cast iron dish and spread evenly. Drizzle remaining sweet Thai chili sauce over top, add remaining mozzarella, and sprinkle Old Bay over top.
Place into your outdoor pizza oven set to 400 degrees with the rotating pizza stone for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly.
Garnish with remaining chives and serve with crackers or chips.
