Pizza Oven Crab Rangoon Dip
Blackstone Pizza Oven Crab Rangoon Dip is a tasty and easy appetizer or game day snack recipe.
You can use traditional cream cheese, or substitute blended cottage cheese for a lighter, healthier version.
How to make Blackstone Pizza Oven Crab Rangoon Dip
First chop some imitation crab meat and chives, and get out a big bowl to mix it in.

Put 16 ounces of cream cheese (or blended cottage cheese) in the bowl with the crab and chives.
Add some sweet Thai chili sauce, shredded mozzarella, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
Stir until combined.

Put the dip into a cast iron dish that will fit in your pizza oven.
I am using the Blackstone Deep Dish Pizza Kit.
Drizzle a little more sweet Thai chili sauce over top with more mozzarella and Old Bay seasoning.

Place into your Blackstone outdoor pizza oven set to 400 degrees with the rotating pizza stone for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly.

Ohhhhh just look at this gorgeous sight!

Serve Blackstone Pizza Oven Crab Rangoon Dip with crackers or chips 🙂
Oh, and garnish with more chives as well.
We served this with Ritz crackers at a party and it was quite the hit!

- Blackstone Outdoor Pizza Oven
- Blackstone Deep Dish Pizza Kit/ Cast iron Pizza Dish
Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese (or blended cottage cheese) at room temperature
- 1 (8-ounce) package imitation crab meat chopped
- 1/3 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Old Bay seasoning
- crackers or chips for serving
Instructions
- Put the cream cheese (or blended cottage cheese) in a large bowl with the crab, half of the sweet Thai chili sauce, half of the mozzarella, most of the chives, the lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Stir until combined.
- Transfer to the Blackstone Deep Dish Pizza cast iron dish and spread evenly. Drizzle remaining sweet Thai chili sauce over top, add remaining mozzarella, and sprinkle Old Bay over top.
- Place into your outdoor pizza oven set to 400 degrees with the rotating pizza stone for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly.
- Garnish with remaining chives and serve with crackers or chips.
