Instructions
Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and white parts. Use kitchen gloves to protect your hands if desired.
Set a skillet (or your outdoor flat top griddle) over medium heat. Add the sausage and onion, cook 6 to 7 minutes breaking apart the sausage as it cooks.
Put the sausage in a bowl along with the cream cheese, shredded cheese, kosher salt, pepper, and seasoning blend. Mix until combined.
Stuff each jalapeno half with the filling. Set the smoker or pellet grill to 250 degrees. Place the jalapenos on the grill grate for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
