3cupsshredded Monterey Jack cheese (save some cheese for the top when serving)
2packetsdry ranch seasoning (or 4 tablespoons)
tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops for dipping
Instructions
Put all ingredients (except the chips) into a 9x13 casserole dish or foil pan. No need to stir yet. Save some bacon and a jalapeno to garnish the top when serving if desired.
Set your smoker or pellet grill to 225 degrees. Place the dip on the grill grate for 2 hours, stirring a few times throughout.
Sprinkle more cheese over top along with the saved bacon and jalapeno, and leave on the smoker until the cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops.
