Smoked Jalapeno Bacon Ranch Dip is a tasty party dip appetizer recipe made on your smoker or Traeger pellet grill, always a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 8 ounce blocks cream cheese
  • 10 to 12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 to 6 jalapenos seeds removed and diced
  • 1 16 ounce container sour cream
  • 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (save some cheese for the top when serving)
  • 2 packets dry ranch seasoning (or 4 tablespoons)
  • tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients (except the chips) into a 9x13 casserole dish or foil pan. No need to stir yet. Save some bacon and a jalapeno to garnish the top when serving if desired.
  • Set your smoker or pellet grill to 225 degrees. Place the dip on the grill grate for 2 hours, stirring a few times throughout.
  • Sprinkle more cheese over top along with the saved bacon and jalapeno, and leave on the smoker until the cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops.
