Smoked Old Bay Shrimp

peeled and deveined

Old Bay seasoning

a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce
Instructions
Smoked Old Bay Shrimp
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and put them in a bowl. Add the Old Bay. lemon juice, and garlic. Toss until evenly mixed.
Set your smoker or Traeger pellet grill to 225 degrees. Put the shrimp on the grill grate for 30 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve with the Old Bay Aioli for dipping.
Old Bay Aioli
Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir until mixed. Store covered in the fridge until ready to serve.
