1large 16 ouncepizza dough (homemade, store bought, or from your favorite pizza restaurant)
1/2cupranch dressing
1/4cupbuffalo sauce
2cupsshredded cheese of choice (I used mozzarella and cheddar)
3/4cupcooked, diced chicken
4 to 5slicescooked and crumbled bacon
garlic powder, Italian seasoning
Optional: banana peppers, more buffalo sauce
Instructions
Spread the cornmeal evenly on a baking sheet to prevent sticking. Roll the pizza crust to desired shape and thickness, place on the baking sheet.
Spread the ranch and buffalo sauce evenly on the crust and top with the cheese, chicken, bacon, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, plus banana peppers and more buffalo sauce if desired.
Set your Traeger pellet grill to 375 degrees. Place the baking sheet with the pizza on the grill grate for 15 to 20 minutes, remove once the crust is cooked how your prefer.
