116 ouncepizza dough (store bought, homemade, or from a pizza restaurant)
3/4cuppizza sauce
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
garlic powder, Italian seasoning
pizza toppings of choice (I used pepperoni, cooked bacon crumbles, and banana peppers)
2tablespoonshoney
2tablespoonssriracha
Instructions
Sprinkle the cornmeal evenly on a baking sheet.
Roll the pizza crust to your desired thickness and shape, then place it on the baking sheet. Top the crust with the pizza sauce, cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and any other toppings of choice.
Preheat the Traeger pellet grill to 375 degrees. Place the baking sheet with the pizza on the grill grate for 15 to 20 minutes, remove once the crust is cooked how you prefer.
Mix together the honey and sriracha, drizzle over the pizza right before serving.
