Traeger Honey Sriracha Pizza
You can get as creative as you’d like with toppings for this Traeger Honey Sriracha Pizza recipe.
The stars here are the slight hint of wood fired flavor thanks to the pellet grill.
And the sweet and spicy sriracha honey, of course 🙂
We went with pepperoni, bacon, and banana peppers just because that’s what my son wanted to make for our at home pizza making night!
Dinner is just more fun when the whole family is involved and working together.
How to make Traeger Honey Sriracha Pizza
First spread some cornmeal on a baking sheet to prevent sticking.
Then roll a 16 ounce pizza dough to your preferred thickness and shape.
We went with a thicker, rustic shaped pizza and spread some pizza sauce over top.
Then add 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, some garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
And pile on your toppings of choice 🙂
Preheat your Traeger pellet grill to 375 degrees and once hot, place the baking sheet with the pizza on the grill grate.
It will cook for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of your crust.
I would recommend watching it toward the end and remove the pizza once the crust is cooked how you like.
Ahhhhhh just look at that gorgeous sight!
In a small bowl mix together 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of sriracha.
And drizzle it right over top of your pizza before serving.
I wonder what toppings we will come up with next time we make Traeger Honey Sriracha Pizza!
