Ingredients
  

  • 4 pounds jumbo shrimp deveined, you can leave shells on for peel and eat shrimp or peel them
  • 1 stick butter cut into smaller pieces
  • 3 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (plus more lemon wedges for serving)
  • 6 to 8 cloves garlic
  • a few sprigs of fresh thyme
  • Optional: seafood sauce or remoulade sauce

Instructions
 

  • Put the shrimp into a casserole dish or foil pan. Add the butter, Old Bay, lemon juice, garlic, and thyme.
  • Set your pellet grill or smoker to 225 degrees. Place the pan with the shrimp on the grill grate for an hour, tossing together a few times.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and/or seafood sauce or remoulade if desired.
