- 4 pounds jumbo shrimp deveined, you can leave shells on for peel and eat shrimp or peel them
- 1 stick butter cut into smaller pieces
- 3 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (plus more lemon wedges for serving)
- 6 to 8 cloves garlic
- a few sprigs of fresh thyme
- Optional: seafood sauce or remoulade sauce
Put the shrimp into a casserole dish or foil pan. Add the butter, Old Bay, lemon juice, garlic, and thyme.
Set your pellet grill or smoker to 225 degrees. Place the pan with the shrimp on the grill grate for an hour, tossing together a few times.
Serve with lemon wedges and/or seafood sauce or remoulade if desired.
