Traeger Lemon Garlic Shrimp
This is recipe that is perfect for when you are feeding a crowd, Traeger Lemon Garlic Shrimp has just a few ingredients but oh so flavorful.
You have a few options on how to serve this easy smoked seafood dish.
Maybe with a seafood or remoulade sauce for dipping, or with some bread to soak up all the lemon garlic butter.
We served it with corn, potatoes, and sausage for kind of like a shrimp boil.
How to make Traeger Lemon Garlic Shrimp
First put 4 pounds of shrimp into a casserole dish or foil pan.
These were large shrimp that were already peeled and deveined.
You could certainly get the easy peel shrimp and serve these as peel and eat shrimp for even more flavor.
Add a stick of butter and a few tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning.
Also some fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, and a few sprigs of fresh thyme.
Then place the pan onto the Traeger pellet grill or smoker set to 225 degrees for about an hour.
Use tongs to toss the shrimp together a few times.
Traeger Lemon Garlic Shrimp smells insanely delicious!
However you decide to serve this it’s sure to be a crowd pleaser 🙂
Just remove the sprigs of thyme before serving.
And it’s SOOOO good with a few extra lemon wedges to squeeze over top.
