2tablespoonsolive oil
4 to 5clovesminced garlic
6 to 8ouncesfresh mozzarella cheesesliced
2medium sizetomaotesdiced
kosher salt, pepper
1/4cupfresh sliced basil
Instructions
Place the Naan bread on a tray. Brush the tops with the olive oil and sprinkle the garlic evenly.
Divide the sliced mozzarella and tomatoes evenly on top of the Naan flatbreads. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.Note: It is ok if there are gaps between the cheese slices, it will melt and spread out to cover the whole flatbread.
Set the Traeger to 350 degrees and place the pizzas on the grill grate for 12 to 15 minutes. Once the cheese is melted and the Naan bread is crispy enough for you, remove from the pellet grill and sprinkle with fresh basil.
