Blackstone French Onion Crunchwraps
You know I love mixing up a good classic on the griddle, so today we are making Blackstone French Onion Crunchwraps!
We all know and love the traditional Taco Bell Crunchwrap, this version uses French onion dip, seasoning, and fried onions for that needed CRUNCH.

How to make Blackstone French Onion Crunchwraps
Start with your Blackstone or flat top griddle over medium heat.
Add a pound of ground beef and cook it for about 5 minutes, mixing and breaking it up with your spatulas.

Then add a packet of dry onion soup mix and some Worcestershire sauce.
And cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove the beef from your griddle to let it cool slightly.
And make the crunchwraps with 4 extra large burrito size flour tortillas.
Starting with some French onion dip in the center.

Then add the ground beef and some French fried onions.
A slice or two of cheese and then fold the sides in over the filling.

You’ll fold five times total to create a star shape like these.

Back onto the griddle with a little oil, this time on medium low, seam side down.
Cook until both sides are golden brown and delicious.

Blackstone French Onion Crunchwraps
Equipment
- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (1-ounce) packet dry onion soup seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 extra large burrito size flour tortillas (mine were 12 inch)
- 8 ounces French onion dip
- French fried onions (however much you want to add)
- 4 to 8 slices cheese of choice (depending on how cheesy you want it)
- cooking oil of choice
Instructions
- Preheat griddle to medium. Add ground beef, cook 4 to 5 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add onion seasoning packet and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 2 to 3 more minutes. Turn griddle off and scrape clean.
- Let the beef cool slightly, then assemble the wraps by adding some French onion dip and ground beef in the center of each tortilla. Add some French fried onions and cheese, fold the sides in over the filled center, overlapping slightly so it looks like a star (you will fold five times).
- Preheat griddle to medium low. Add cooking oil of choice and place the crunchwraps, seam side down. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side.
