Blackstone Fritos Crunchwraps

Blackstone Fritos Crunchwraps

I’ve never actually had a Taco Bell Crunchwrap, but have made them multiple times. These Blackstone Fritos Crunchwraps have a twist using Fritos in place of the crunchy tostada.

This is my first time making them on a flat top griddle and let me just say…GAMECHANGER!!

You can make them all at once which makes for a quick and easy meal that is loved by the whole fam.

I personally leave out the lettuce because it gets soggy, but hey… add it if ya want 🙂

How to make Blackstone Fritos Crunchwraps

First put your ingredients on a tray to easily carry outside to your griddle.

I have 6 extra large flour tortillas, the 12 inch size.

Plus ground beef, taco seasoning, Fritos, squeeze bottles of queso and sour cream, and some shredded cheese.

ingredients prepped on a tray

Preheat the griddle to medium and add the ground beef.

Cook 4 to 5 minutes, breaking it apart with spatulas.

Then add taco seasoning and water.

making taco meat on the griddle

Cook the taco meat a few more minutes and scoot it to once side of the griddle.

I turned my griddle off as well.

Place a cutting board on the Blackstone if you want to assemble them outside like I did.

And start with some taco meat in the center of each tortilla.

Add some crushed Fritos over the beef, then squeeze some queso and sour cream, and shredded cheese.
