Blackstone Chicken Caesar Garlic Toast
No doubt we’ve all heard of the viral smashed chicken Caesar tacos, right?! This Blackstone Chicken Caesar Garlic Toast recipe is my way of adding a little spin to that griddle sensation.
Keeping this suuuuuper simple by using frozen garlic toast and a chopped Caesar salad kit.

How to make Blackstone Chicken Caesar Garlic Toast
First preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium low heat.
And place 8 slices of frozen, but thawed, garlic toast on the griddle.

Let the garlic toast cook for 2 to 3 minutes while you mix up some ground chicken with kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Flip the garlic toast over and spread some of the chicken right on the first toasted side of the bread.
I found it best to use two spoons to do this job.

Flip them back over so the chicken cooks on the Blackstone.
I didn’t think my griddle needed extra cooking oil, but add some if needed.
While they cook for 5 to 7 minutes, assemble your chopped Caesar salad kit with the toppings and dressing.

Check the chicken to make sure it’s cooked all the way through, then remove them.
And get you a handsome helper like I did 😉
I topped each of these with plenty of the Caesar salad.

A squeeze of lemon over the top is a must to get the full, delicious experience of these Blackstone Chicken Caesar Garlic Toasts!

- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- kosher salt, pepper, Italian seasoning blend
- 8 slices frozen garlic toast thawed
- 1 (12-ounce) bag chopped Caesar salad kit
- lemon wedges to squeeze over top (highly recommend not skipping this)
Instructions
- Put the ground chicken in a bowl with kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until combined.
- Preheat your griddle to medium low. Place the garlic toast on the griddle for 2 to 3 minutes, flip once that side is toasted.
- As the other side toasts on the griddle for 2 to 3 minutes, use two spoons to spread the ground chicken on the toasted side of each garlic toast.
- Flip them back over so the chicken side is cooking on the griddle for 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through.Note: I didn't seem to need cooking oil but add some if needed.
- Assemble the salad kit by tossing the dressing and topping packets together. Serve the chicken garlic toast topped with the salad and a squeeze of lemon over top. Warning: Messy, but fun to eat 🙂
