Blackstone Sausage Jalapeno Breakfast Burritos
These monster size burritos on the griddle have a little spicy kick and a whole lot of yumminess going on… Blackstone Sausage Jalapeno Breakfast Burritos were actually our breakfast-for-dinner 🙂
I had some Teton Waters Ranch Sausage left and decided to put a breakfast spin on them.
You can use any cooked sausage or breakfast sausage that you like, but these were sooo good!

How to make Blackstone Sausage Jalapeno Breakfast Burritos
Start with your Blackstone or flat top griddle over medium heat.
Add some cooking oil along with the diced sausage and jalapenos.

Cook those on the griddle for a few minutes, then add some eggs that have been beaten.
And season with kosher salt, pepper, and a seasoning blend of choice that you like.

And mix everything together until the eggs are cooked to your preference.

Now we will make 4 burritos with the large size flour tortillas.
Add some pepper jack cheese, as much filling as you can fit, and roll them up.

Finally, place them seam side down on the Blackstone for just a few minutes per side until golden brown and toasty.

I added some cilantro lime taco sauce and hot sauce to my Blackstone Sausage Jalapeno breakfast Burritos 🙂
