Blackstone Korean Steak Sandwiches
These Blackstone Korean Steak Sandwiches are so simple, but BIG on flavor thanks to the gochujang chili paste in the steak marinade.
An easy dinner idea on the griddle that is sure to become a new favorite!
How to make Blackstone Korean Steak Sandwiches
First put a pound of sliced or shaved steak in a gallon size plastic bag.
Add soy sauce, gochujang, lime juice, ginger, garlic, and a little kosher salt and pepper.
Then massage the bag until combined and marinate for an hour (or overnight in the fridge).

Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat.
Add cooking oil of choice and the marinated steak with any leftover marinade.
Cook this for about 3 minutes, mixing a few times with your spatulas.

I also toasted my ciabatta rolls on the griddle, cut side down for a minute or so until warm and toasty.

Drizzle some honey or hot honey over the steak and then cook the steak for 3 more minutes.

Next use your spatulas to divide the steak into 4 piles, about the same size as the rolls.

Pile some cheese on top of the steak and cover with a lid or melting dome to speed up the melty cheesy goodness.

I added spicy mayo to our Blackstone Korean Steak Sandwiches, but kimchi would also be a great addition 🙂
