Blackstone Harissa Chicken Bites
Blackstone Harissa Chicken Bites is a great dinner recipe on the griddle or perfect for meal prepping.
We like to dip these spicy chicken bites in tzatziki sauce or make wraps, top a salad, or serve over rice or veggies.
You can find harissa spread or sauce (NOT paste) in specialty stores or on Amazon.
This is spicy, but it also comes in a mild version.

How to make Blackstone Harissa Chicken Bites
First cut 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or chicken breasts) into bite size pieces.
Put the chicken into a gallon size plastic bag with harissa, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, garlic, kosher salt, pepper, cinnamon, and your favorite all-purpose seasoning.
Massage the bag until combined and marinate for at least an hour.

Then preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat.
Add cooking oil of choice and the seasoned chicken.

Cook the chicken for 8 to 10 minutes total.

Mixing with your spatulas a few times.

Super flavorful with a slight spice that is balanced out with the honey and lime!

We had our Blackstone Harissa Chicken Bites with tzatziki and warm naan bread on the side for an easy meal!
A squeeze of lemon or lime and fresh parsley are both nice, fresh additions.

Equipment
- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces
- 1/4 cup harissa sauce or spread (not harissa paste) mild or spicy flavor according to your spice preference
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- kosher salt, pepper, pinch of ground cinnamon, all-purpose seasoning blend (optional)
- cooking oil of choice
- Optional: fresh parsley, tzatziki, lime wedges
Instructions
- Put chicken in a gallon size plastic bag with harissa, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, garlic, kosher salt, pepper, cinnamon, and all-purpose seasoning if using. Massage bag until combined and marinate for at least an hour.
- Preheat griddle to medium. Add cooking oil and seasoned chicken. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, mixing with spatulas a few times.
- Serve with tzatziki, parsley, and lime wedges if desired or use in wraps, salads, or meal prep with rice and veggies.
