Blackstone Loaded Street Corn Dogs
Blackstone Loaded Street Corn Dogs is a fun camping snack recipe on the flat top griddle!
Or heck, serve them as an easy weeknight meal or late-night party snack.
This is what happens when street corn meets corn dogs 😉

How to make Blackstone Loaded Street Corn Dogs
First preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium/ medium-low heat.
Then add fresh corn kernels, kosher salt, pepper, and taco seasoning… I used a mix of Blackstone Street Taco and Tequila Lime seasonings.

And a big bag of thawed mini corn dogs with a little more taco seasoning.
Cook both the corn and corn dogs on the griddle for about 10 minutes.

I mixed together a sauce made of mayo, sour cream, lime juice, kosher salt, pepper, taco seasoning, and hot sauce and put it in a squeeze bottle.

Squeeze some of that sauce on the corn during the last minute and mix together.

Then put the corn dogs on a platter, plate, or in my case a Blackstone basket.

Put the street corn over top of the corn dogs.

And toppings such as plenty more of the street corn sauce, cilantro, cotija cheese, pickled red onions, lime wedges, and more taco seasoning.

Blackstone Loaded Street Corn Dogs is the snack you never knew you needed in your life 🙂

Go ahead and dig in!!
