Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos
Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos are not your typical taco experience, so much flavor in this unique griddle taco recipe.
You could also serve these as low carb, Keto friendly lettuce wraps and ditch the tortillas.

How to make Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos
Start with your Blackstone or flat top griddle set over medium-low heat.
Then add about 6 to 8 slices of bacon, I cut mine into bite size pieces with my kitchen scissors.

Cook the bacon by itself for a few minutes, mixing with spatulas a few times.
Then add 1 1/2 pounds of diced chicken thighs.
No need for cooking oil thanks to the bacon grease, but go ahead and season with kosher salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning.

Continue cooking the chicken and bacon together on the griddle for about 8 more minutes.

During the last minute drizzle some ranch dressing over top.

Mix with spatulas until combined and place a few flour tortillas on an empty space of the griddle until warm.

Finally, assemble the tacos in the warm tortillas with any toppings you like.

I made some tacos and some lettuce wraps so everyone was happy at dinner!

Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos is a great way to mix up Taco Tuesdays!!
