Blackstone Cheesesteak Loaded Potatoes
What’s even better than a cheesesteak sandwich made on the flat top griddle?! Well, that would be Blackstone Cheesesteak Loaded Potatoes!
Shaved steak with onions, jalapenos, and the Blackstone Cheesesteak seasoning served on a baked potato smothered in a spicy jalapeno cheese sauce 🙂
Definitely a comfort food splurge meal!

How to make Blackstone Cheesesteak Loaded Potatoes
First preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat.
Add a sliced onion, some sliced jalapeno peppers, kosher salt, and pepper.
And cook for 4 to 5 minutes, mixing a few times with spatulas.

Then add a pound of shaved steak, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, more kosher salt and pepper.
Also, a tablespoon of the Blackstone Cheesesteak seasoning.

Cook for 4 to 5 more minutes, mixing as it cooks and breaking apart the shaved steak.
I warmed my cheese sauce in a clean grease tray liner right on the griddle.

I had my baked potatoes all ready to go.
Rub 4 Russet potatoes with olive oil and season well with kosher salt.
Then bake in a 350-degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour.

Cut them open and flatten them a little.
And mash the potato with either a knife or your griddle scraper.

Top them with the cheesesteak mixture and the warm cheese sauce!

Blackstone Cheesesteak Loaded Potatoes were very high on my husband’s list of all-time favorite meals I have made 🙂
